What is Technical Analysis in Stock Markets?

In simple terms, all actions, implicit or explicit, in stock market are reflected in the price of the stock. If there is a good news, the stock goes up, if there is a bad news, stock goes down. When High,Low,Open and Close prices of a stock are plotted for given time frame (minimum 1 minute to daily, weekly, monthly etc.) using standard conventions (e.g. candlestick), there are various patterns formed over given period. When these patterns are analysed for some consistency, one can predict future movement of the stock. This system is called Technical Analysis. The patterns, and some derived indicators are called Technical Charts.

Well, that course is not then teaching you trading, it is teaching you how to use their software..! And you need to keep on paying the software licence fees year over year. 

Here, there is no shortcut to success. Hard work is necessary. Just know this well. You are now in a job or business and earning. Look back and see how much effort you have put to come to this earning position. This is your hard earned money. Do you believe that with just a short term training of a weekend or 3 days you would be able to make a lot of money? Think again..!!

A course that lasts for some duration, like a proper ‘course’, gives you assignments, gives feedback, helps you to study and do some research so that you understand the market properly,  would be beneficial.
