Are you in depression?

The life is beautiful, really beautiful!! Have you ever wondered about different things in life? If you start wondering, be assured that you will keep "Wandering" in the journey of life.
This wonder is the key to get out of depression. Not only depression, it is any negative feeling.

Just start wondering on things below -
Why all people have same look and feel? hands, nose, eyes etc? why not things different?
Who makes things so polished, with such an accuracy?
There is a video on vocal passage of human beings, just have a look at color, the softness of tissues and complexities there, and just wonder why things are that way, and who created those? how?

A recent experiment of DNA cloning took many efforts and years to get it successful. And still, it is just a baby step towards what it really intends to!! Then, just wonder who is creating such variety of clones with such a perfection?!!

Well, if you keep wondering, the depression and negative emotions will be gone. Wonder about everything, particularly the reasons that cause depression/frustration. If that is your spouse, just wonder why she/he behaves that way, but make sure that it is wondering, not frustration :)
Lastly, if you are not in a position to wonder, that bad state of mind, then do followings -
1. Watch TV.
2. Play computer games, particularly races.
3. Play mobile games.
4. Talk to someone.
5. If nothing of above is available, take any nearest object, be it pen, paper, chalk, sofa, door, wall, anything, and talk to it. Ask it, what is it made up of? how long that has been existing ? before that where was it? even before that? what all has it seen?
The last exercise if followed seriously will reveal many "wonder"full things for you, I can assure you that this will be an experience in itself, and you would certainly enjoy it. The depression will be gone.
